An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a healthcare professional who provides people information and education in relation to exercise and health related behaviors to assist them in managing and preventing injuries and chronic conditions.
AEPs are required to complete a minimum of a 4-year University Degree and are qualified to assist in managing both acute and chronic conditions.
Frequently managed conditions include, but are not limited to the following conditions:
AEPs work with clients and employees to discuss their current and previous medical history and complete relevant assessments to determine any underlying restrictions.
