Occupational Rehabilitation Services

We take pride in our commitment to assisting injured employees after a workplace injury, and ensuring comprehensive involvement of all relevant stakeholders to enhance the likelihood of a positive resolution. 


As a certified Workplace Rehabilitation Provider (WRP) with WorkSafe Tasmania, we are pleased to offer our services to all insurers and employers in Tasmania. 


Our support aims to identify various risk factors, including physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organizational aspects that could affect a successful return to work. We implement strategies to facilitate a successful outcome.

What does this include?

  • An initial discussion with the injured employee and employer. 
  • Collaboration with pertinent stakeholders such as the employer and relevant treatment providers to discuss appropriate workplace responsibilities. 
  • Creation of a return-to-work strategy with coordination among all involved parties. 
  • Identification and recording of key milestones and tactics to reach the objectives. 
  • Regular assessments of progress as needed. 
  • Workplace assessments, meetings, or adjustments as necessary.
