These programs allow for employees to be provided with this support and medical care at the earliest possible stage, which is designed to improve their symptoms, allow for appropriate action to be taken as soon as possible resulting in improved outcomes and reduced healthcare costs.

This will involve a meeting with relevant parties to allow for collaboration in relation to the requirements of the business, as we know no 2 businesses are the same!
