Pre-Employment Medical Assessments are completed to assess a prospective employees current and previous medical history and to determine if they are suitable for the position they are applying for.
This gives both the prospective employee and the employer the confidence they are physically capable of completing the role they are applying for.
Our Pre-Employment Medical Assessments begin with a health questionnaire aimed at gathering information about your health, lifestyle and physical history, with this to be completed prior to the assessment.
The questions may relate to previous surgeries, prescription medications, vaccinations, and current disabilities and conditions, such as asthma and diabetes. develop strategies to manage it effectively.
On the day of the assessment these will be reviewed in consultation with the prospective employee and all baseline measures will be assessed such as height, weight, blood press and heart rate.
Following this, you will be required to complete a physical examination to demonstrate your current physical capacity and any limitations you might have.
Once the assessment is completed a comprehensive report is provided to the employer for their review and a recommendation on the suitability of the prospective employee.
We are able to complete these on site, if preferred, or in the Hobart area to all for easy access for your prospective employees.
